STRANGE fortune cookie....

Ok, I just got a fortune cookie that reads:

"Maybe you can live on the moon in next century."

That's it. Word for word.

I'm really not quite sure how to react to this...

Funny....mine ALWAYS says "Help! I'm being held captive in a chinese fortune cookie factory!" (At least, that's what my kids think!

last one i got said you will see things more clearly in the future.. this is really funny since drs are currently rebuilding my rigfht eye and lids and i see very fuzzilly at the moment..lol

I once received one that said, "It tastes sweet."

One day, many months later, my bf opened up his fortune cookie and started laughing. I asked him if it said, "It tastes sweet." and it WAS! Wow!

The freakiest fortunes I've ever had was when 4 of us went out to eat one night. It was myself, my bf (before we were dating), and our friend Garrett and Geoffrey. Cookies come, I opened mine and it said, "You will find the love of your life next to you." Of course Garrett, Geoffrey and I all laughed. My bf opened his and his fortune was, "Smile when you're ready."

We were a bit freaked out by it, but hey....over a year and still together

I always get the ones that say, "You will soon start a passionate love affair." and then it doesn't happen. Maybe cause I'm married???

My DH once got one that said, "Have a nice day." How exciting.

Whenever we read ours (my hubby & I) add the words, "Between the sheets." at the end.

Makes the fortunes even more interesting...

You can do that (add Between the Sheets) with hymns too!!! It's rather sacriligious, but taken with a grain of salt & a sense of humor it can be rather entertaining!

Trust & Obey - between the sheets

Haha, we do the same thing at school, except we add "in bed" at the end.

I once got one with NO fortune in it...a bit frightening if you ask me.

Next time I went I got two fortunes in one cookie though, so I guess that makes up for it.

I have a strange fortune cookie story. When my ex-husband moved out, he taped a forture he had received on my refrigerator in an attempt to give it to me. It read, "You will find much fulfillment with someone very soon." Very soon after that, I met the most wonderful man. Who knew you could give your fortune away!
