strange cruise dreams

I had another strange cruise dream last night. I tend to have these every 3 or 4 months. Most of the time it consists of us getting on the ship and being herded from place to place, never finding our room for the whole cruise. This one, we were on the ship with my parents and my brother and family. We had our rooms, but halfway through the cruise I realized that we had never looked at any of our Navigators and had missed everything, evening show, kids club events, etc.... Then it was suddenly Castaway Cay day and the weather was perfect. I was hurriedly getting my sunscreen on so I could get to the beach and I realized that I had no clue where the rest of my family was. I was debating whether or not to look for my kids our just go to the beach.

I've got it bad!

I have dreams like that whenever I am really excited about something. Hopefully they won't continue the next 11 months for you!

We are surprising my MIL with a 70th birthday cruise next year. We have already made the deposit and starting planning other details. To let our MIL know that we want her to reserve those dates, I am creating a scrapbook, per say, to honor her, all that she has done for us and to announce that we will be doing the one thing that she really wants us to do...be together as a family (all her children and their families). With all that said.....I have dreams (or nightmares) that she opens the scrapbook this Feb. and says "Oh, I hope it's not on that DCL!!!"
