Has anyone here been to Storytellers Cafe for lunch?

We went back in 2010 for Dinner and I remember that the food was pretty good. And at least about 18 months ago when we went, they were good with my allergies, but I know that can also change depedning on the chef.

But I was wondering about lunch. We are going this Saturday and we were looking at eating here to break up our day (we will be there for the entire day , 8AM-midnight).

How was the food? How was the service? And if any of you have dined there with allergies, what did you think of that service? I am allergic to eggs, peanuts and shellfish so if anyone has experience with thos in particular that would be great.

I'm gluten intolerant and have always had great experiences at Storytellers. The chef will come to your table to discuss your dietary restrictions and needs :)

We like to have lunch there. The Nebraskan corn chowder is amazing. We get iced tea. We should probably try new things since the whole menu looks great. One thing about lunch at the resorts (we go in slower season) is they are rarely busy during lunch if it's not a character meal.

Here's the lunch menu from August of this year:

I have eaten lunch there a few times. I love it. Its usually quiet, great food and the Chef does come to your table to discuss all allergies. just inform your waiter.
