OK I'm in - but it's your idea, so you start.

Once upon a time there was a little boy, Every night before bed he would wish to one day meet...

...a real fighter pilot.

as the years past and the boy grew older he began to think this would never come true.

...then one day, his teacher told him a very special guest would be coming into their classroom - a real life fighter pilot.

this made the boy very excited, to the point where he jumped up and yelled with joy.

...and in the process, he knocked over his father's prize beer stein, which he had brought in that day for show and tell.

that afternoon when he got home his father was disappointed but at the same time happy that he can use his Pirates of the Caribbean mug he was getting for xmas to drink out of

Of course, now that he missed the fighter pilot, because he was sent to the principal for causing a ruckus, he had to find another hero - and he decided that it was going to be Captain Jack Sparrow.

his father knew the path he chose was the right path for him. after all the life of a pirate isnt so bad
