Stormalong bay rehab?

When does Disney usually do this? I know I have seen times in the past when all of Stormalong Bay was closed for rehab. Do they do it every year? If so, is it at the same time? I am trying to decide which resort and if Stormalong was going to be closed that would cinch it for Poly.
