Storing Laptop

In its case, in the closet. No one has ever bothered it.

Sitting out on the desk/table. Same thing, no one has ever bothered it. Could bring a cord lock for it - we do sometimes.

I agree with Jack & TSRE - I have never had a problem. My husband is more paranoid and usually puts it on top of the armoire.

We always stay at Hojo's, and we love their in-room mini safes! We keep all of our electronics in there. One time I forgot to lock the safe up, and everything was untouched by housekeeping, as I had expected it would be.... they have had long term staff there, every year we get to see the same housekeeper.

Anyway, for peace of mind, Hojo's in-room safes are awesome. They can fit a laptop.

Edited to add: Whoops, now I see you said you are staying at the DLH. I thought it just said you were going to Disneyland but then I re-read it.

Thanks for the responses. I thought it would be alright to store the laptop in the closet but you all eased my mind.

I've left mine on the desk and also in the closet without a problem.
There was a safe in our room in the Grand Californian Villas and it would have fit in the safe out of the case if I wanted to put it there.

Ditto, we leave ours on the desk and it was never bothered...

Every time I bring my laptop, I always pack it back it my case and put in the closet. I've never had a problem, but I don't take any chances.
