Store Promo Items

How often does the promo items change? I'm talking about if you spend $xx.xx you get an item for $xx.xx. We went in January and the one promo was a for a fleece throw, I believe I read somewhere it was a bag and a towel now, which makes sense for the summer season. I'm going in November so a towel does seem all that logical to me.
