in Anchorage, AK. The staff says they were only told a little over a week ago that today was the last day. There was hardly anything left. Now the closest stores are in Seattle and Honolulu, unless they have closed those too. Not exactly a short trip to get passes, DD, or Christmas presents. With four small Disney fanatics here as well as 1 grownup one it was one of our favorite places to stop at the mall. I know that many were disappointed that the adult stuff was poor quality and I agree that it had gone downhill from the first time I went in one, but we still loved to get a Disney fix there no a cold, dark winter day. The stores were their best advertising tool for both their movies and parks. Too bad they lost focus on that and therefore on an important part of their market. And the staff seems so bitter too. Its a hard time to find a job that quick here (its not only after Christmas, but also off season) and many of them had been there for a loooong time and were great at what they did.
