Stompy Jones Swing Party??

Has anyone attended the Jump, Jive, Boogie Swing Party Featuring Stompy Jones? What is this exactly, and where in Disneyland is it held?

I'm a swing dancer/swing dance instructor, and it definitely sounds like something I might like!

I've never attended myself, but I've seen the dancers walking around before and after and heard the music. It's at the Carnation Plaza Gardens (just to the left of the Castle, near the entrance to Frontierland).

Hmmm... I attended a swing show at the Carnation in 1998.. I wonder if it's the same band? Anyone know if it's a music/dance show, or if the audience is welcome to dance too?

The audience is encouraged to dance. I love watching swing at Disneyland. I have seen an older couple that has been dancing there for decades. (I will see if I can find an article I read about them)
