Stomach bug

We just got back from a week in Orlando and spent most of our time at Seaworld and Busch Gardens.

We had a lovely trip, but had trouble with the stomach bug! 4 of 5 of our party came down with a very quick acting bug - one of us got it twice. There was no fever and it mostly lasted only 24 hours. However, it seemed to hit harder than other stomach bugs that I remember.

I am not a really very germophobic, but this thing really hit hard and fast. I would suggest extra precaution for anyone traveling there.

You more likely picked it up on the plane if you flew down. Or kids might have had it before they left and it came out while there. I empathize with you as we had this one year while at Disney on a dining plan vacation! I was nervous to eat anything!!

That was the year I found out you cannot get Lysol at Disney resorts and cleaning staff don't have it either. I now travel with Lysol everywhere I go. WalMart has a cute little travel one I even take on business trips!!

The parks are offering hand sanitizers all over the place. And especially at Sea World with all the interactions, there's a ton of hand washing sinks set up.

I've gotten the stomach bug a few times, it comes it goes... not fun to go through, but at least it's over fast.
