DS is 6 and has said upfront he thought he would want to ride in a stroller at WDW. I'm fine with that because I would rather spend extra $$ to keep him from getting tired and cranky and making it a difficult trip for everyone. I looked at renting but to be out $80 to rent I might as well just buy a nice one and keep it. I mean who knows maybe I will be able to talk DH into going again next year.
Since he is older and weighs in the low 40 lb. range I found a nice jogger stroller at a pretty good price and I think I've decided to just buy one. And in case your concerned about us getting off and on the bus we are driving and will be in our own car going back and forth to the parks. Anyway my question is what kind of measures do you take to keep someone from taking your nice new stroller? I know I have seen people mention putting ribbons or scarves tied onto them to identify them but I figure if someone wants it they can just take that off and throw it away. I have a friend that monograms things so I'm debating on taking the canopy to her and letting her monogram our last name on there or something. Has anybody ever done that?
