Any ideas on economical stuffers for DD16 & DS20? Other than gift cards. Those are a separate gift. Thanks!

For your dd: nail files, hair ties or accessories, socks, makeup or nail polish, costume jewelry all come to mind.

Can't be as helpful for your ds... Maybe scratch off lottery tickets, car wash coupons

For both: lip balm, hand sanitizer singles, candy.

- holiday-themed candy (walgreens have specials in their ads)

- nice pens

- cute anti-bacterial gel from bath & body works for your daughter

Think practical things that people hate to spend their own money on.

We always get lots of toiletries in our stocking. Toothbrush and tube of toothpaste and floss ALWAYS. Also: chap stick, hand warmers, purse size hand sanitizer.

Pens, markers, a paperback book, a magazine, notepads, other stationary type items (especially if they are students)

Something fun: a deck of cards, a yoyo, a dice game, a very small hand held electronic game (20Q is a good one).

For the DD: nail polish, earrings, a bracelet, hair ties, a brush

For the DS: a key chain, new wiper blades for his car

FOOD: Candy bars, gum, breath mints, beef jerky, sunflower seeds, packet of hot coco,

And in our stockings always always always a PEZ dispenser and extra candies.

Haha, already got the pez!!

I have young adults. Mine are getting:

Gloves with the techno fingers for their smart phones
socks
chap stick
toothbrush
candy
light up key ring
inexpensive ear buds
lottery tickets
slim jims/pepperoni sticks (boys)
hand lotion (girls)

Passes for the local movie theater? We get a discount by purchasing through my work. If you don't, you may have a friend that can get them at a discount for you.

I always put packs of the disposable Wisp toothbrushes in the stocking. They are great for them to keep in bookbag or car

I always put fun stuff in stockings - games, small toys and usually lots of candy. :)

In the past, I've done: slinkies (dollar spot at Target), mind-bender games, juggling balls, travel mug, paddle ball, stress ball, small Lego kits. This year because we're going to Disney shortly after Christmas, I decided to do Disney-themed items in stockings. So far, I have Tervis tumblers for the kids (clearance at BB&B), a Monster Univ puzzle for my younger son (Dollar Tree), new headphones for the trip, a new Hidden Mickeys book for my husband and a "What To Do In Line at WDW" book for me, for me a Vera Bradley coin purse/ID holder for my park bag. It's been fun to try to scope out Disney items for our stockings.

MIL always puts a can of silly string in each of our stockings....we're all older than your kids, but it's fun!

I like to go with the must haves in stockings - Toothbrush, Toothpaste, dental floss, deodorant, Shampoo, Conditioner, Chapstick, Gum, Candy, Socks, Candles, Air Freshner, Cleaning supplies

My family always did toiletries too! New toothbrush, toothpaste, floss, chapstick, deodorant, lotion, face moisturizer, sunscreen, hair ties, maybe some make-up, razors... a pair of warm socks, or silly christmas boxers, a lotto scratcher or two, a piece of candy, a pack of nice pens. When we were really little they would throw in colorful erasers, play dough, crayons, silly putty and a candy cane. But there were always toiletries!

My Boys are 11 & 14. They're getting a few kinds of candy, ear buds, a few stylus pens (where do they keep going?!) cheap texting gloves, & a few camping items I think I got a utility knife & a fork/spoon thing (They're Boy Scouts) & portable phone chargers. (not sure what they're called the ones you can carry in your pocket)

Not sure what else. They're so hard to shop for this year!!

some ideas for boys:

flashlight/head lamp
baseball cards
lego/halo/minion mini figures
deodorant
sunglasses
cd
