STK or Shula's?

Looking for opinions as to which restaurant to book for a Saturday night reservation. I have never dined at either place.

We prefer Shulas, STK is pretty good too but I would like to caution you that as the evening progresses the music gets very very loud in STK. If your ok with that no problems, if not book an early dinner if you choose STK.

Thanks, I was only thinking about the food hadn't thought about atmosphere.

Can't speak to STK but DH and I had a wonderful dinner at Shula's our last trip. Manhattans and Dirty Martini's at Blue Zoo then dinner at Shula's. We split everything. Shellfish Trio - Wedge Salad - 20 oz Strip (Trio was shared, wedge was split for us and Strip was served whole for us to cut - they were so accomodating!) Awesome bottle of wine and great server. We loved it!
