My son took a header into a book shelf at school today. He has about 1.5" gash. He's 2 and tends to fall a lot, or doesn't pay the greatest attention walks/runs into things

They super glued his forehead back together.

If he falls and reopens the gash on vacation.
Where is a good place to get it re-glued or stitch it up.
We leave in a few days.

Can the paramedics do that?
Or do I need to goto the ER or Urgent care?
What about the Drs that come to the room? Do they do stitches.

We are staying Bay Lake.

I just want to be prepared in case he opens his head back up. Thank You

Sorry to hear this happened just before vacation. The superglue type stitches usually are very secure, so hopefully won't open up.
If you are in a park, go to First Aid. The nurses there would probably bandage it and give you directions for how to get to Urgent Care (they have brochures in First Aid with information and maps).
Urgent Care would probably be your best option if he opens it up again outside of a park. If you go to ER, unless he's bleeding profusely, someone with that type of injury might have to wait a long time. Since patients are seen based on how severe/life threatening their condition is, the wait would all depend on what types of injuries/illnesses other patients who've come to ER have.
I'm not sure if the MDs that come to your room could do it or not - they would be capable of doing stitches, but I'm not sure if they would have what they need with them.
I don't think that paramedics would be called unless it was life threatening and I'm quite certain that f they were, they would just bandage and give you information about Urgent Care.

The front desk or concierge will have information about medical services that are available, so if you are concerned, I would ask them for information. They will probably have brochures. I can't remember for sure, but I think it is listed in the information packet in the room.

Here's hoping he doesn't "come unglued" so you won't need to do anything, but if it becomes a problem I would want an E.R. doctor with cosmetic surgery training to take care of him since it's a facial laceration. Been there, done that when DS was little. It's traumatic for parents as well as the kiddo.
