Who knew after Lilo And Stitch debuted on video and DVD that Stitch would turn into a huge celebrity and I instantly knew it when I saw the first preview trailer for Stitch The Movie and I mainly think this movie was made to further expand Stitch's celebrity status. And surprisingly when I saw Stitch The Movie I found it cool and funny and now with the live-action Lilo And Stitch movie debuting in theaters later this month this movie should be rewatched by Stitch fans. Did Disney make Stitch The Movie to make fans see Stitch in his first ever solo movie? I find it quite funny that Stitch is still very popular with fans and he's probably the second most popular Disney character behind Mickey Mouse

Stitch! The Movie is actually hte pilot for the series, which is also really good. He's not really solo in it - it continues right off the movie, with Lilo and Stitch hunting down the other experiments (well, it takes place after Lilo & Stitch 2, but that came out later). The finale is also a movie called Leroy & Stitch. There is actually a pretty strong continuity throughout.

Stitch The Movie is actually the pilot episode to Lilo And Stitch The Series? My father and I also used to like that series because it was really funny. I knew that Stitch The Movie was gonna be made because the preview trailer with Belle And The Beast dancing is funny especially when Mrs. Potts is singing Beauty And The Beast and Stitch appears and Belle tells him "get your own movie"
