Stitch on MK castle???

I saw a design of Stitch on top of the castle at MK. It says "There is one in every family" on the top and "MNSSHP 2007" on the bottom. I would like to get it without the "MNSSHP 2007" on it. I have no clue where I saw it or whose design it was. Does anyone know?
