Stitch - anywhere in the parks?

I just saw Lilo and Stitch for the first time last weekend and I LOVE Stitch. Looking back on it we really should have seen this movie before we went to Hawaii last Sept/Oct.

So is Stitch any where in the parks? How about Lilo?

They can usually be found in MGM by the animation studios (follow the blue footprints). Sometimes they are by the hat too. Also, have seen them in MK by the entrance. I think you'll see them more in MK when the Stitch ride opens.

We saw Stitch at Animal Kindom on one of the paths. We waited 25 minutes to see him at MGM and then the next day, he was at Animal Kingdom and we walked right up to him. He was so cute!

I've seen them frequently at AK, near the back entrance of Island Mercantile gift shop, opposite Pizzafari, just at the corner where you would turn left (if heading towards Africa) for Camp Minnie Mickey

Stitch is all over the place these days, but the best place to see him is in the back of the Magic of Disney Animation tour (usually with Lilo). There's a special background there just for Lilo & Stitch that makes for a great photo. Plus, there's almost always a Disney photographer there, just in case your photo doesn't come out well. And the line is typically short as well (WAY shorter than meeting Stitch in front of the hat at the Studios).

We saw them at MGM at the animation thing. But when we came out,they were gone,,ds was sooo upset. However,,the next day,we saw them at AK,and he got his picture then. He has a stich stuffed animal(?),a stitch pin,,and watches the show EVERY day. I got a free copy of Lilo and Stitch when i got my Disney Visa,,i'm going to give it to him for his b'day.

We saw Lilo and Stitch in AK. They were so funny!!!

We saw Lilo and Stitch in AK (where the other posters described), and Chip n Dale were right down the path at the same time.

We also saw Stitch at MK where the 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea ride use to be. There are several characters there and Stitch was there too. We saw him several times at AK too.

When I was there in December it seemed like Lilo and Stitch made an appearance in front of the castle with various other characters a few times a day. I don't remember exact times, but it was usually late morning and after lunch I remember seeing them. Unfortunetly the lines were usually a little on the long side!

is Lilo a "face" character, or does she wear a mask? Please describe.

Lilo is a costume just like Tigger of Mickey Mouse. Not a actual person like the princesses.

We also saw them at MGM behind the animation place.

In 5 trips so far this year, we haven't seen them at MK, but have seen them every time at AK at the Island Mercantile spot already mentioned.

We saw him and Lilo in AK - right by the DVC booth.

We saw Stitch at The Studios. He was sooo cute. Worth trying to find
My DS(9) was wearing his lanyard full of pins. Stitch cocked his head sideways grabbed the "tag"at the end of it looked at it and then proceded to shove it in his mouth like he was going to eat it!!! When my son reminded him he's not supposed to eat that stuff, he "spit" it out and hugged him. My son still talks about it.
