Still Waiting for July hours

Right now I can't even get mid July hours to come up on MDE. Maybe that means they are updating them?!

I'm waiting anxiously as well. It's definitely frustrating. I'm hoping for 11:00 p.m. closings but I'm not holding my breath.

Tomorrow is June 1st and I can't understand why the hours for July aren't going to be updated and expanded. During out 11 day mid-July trip the MK closes every night but one at 10:00. Epcot has one EMH and DHS closes every night we're there at 9:00. What's going on??? We've been going in the summer for many years and they always have late hours, especially at MK. You need to plan 180 days out but it's not easy when you don't know what the hours are going to be!!

Late nights at MK are becoming a rarity, unfortunately.

Last July, Disney knew the Brazilian economy was down and would not get the huge July touring groups, so they reduced hours to save money plain and simple. They reduced things like fantasmic from 2 shows to 1, etc. I know because I was there over the last two summers. They originally said crowds were down so hours were, and I replied: what is crowds are down because hours are? Well that's when they told me about the brazilians. Go figure

They will come out middle of june, it's only june 3rd.. they've been doing this for the last year.

Literally every one goes through the same thing, we are waiting for August. It's a super common thread/complaint from people planning on the Dis. Definitely makes it difficult to plan a FP but like others said you plan with what ya got. Not saying it will definitely happen but the last two July's they extended hours for August when we were there .

I am waiting for July MK hours so I can see the fireworks from California Grill. Right now MK shows HEA at 9pm with park closing at 10pm. DH has a 9pm ADR, I have a 7:30pm ADR. If MK changes to 11pm closing, we'll drop the earlier ADR. If they stay at 10pm closing, I'll drop the later ADR. I hate to hold 2 ADRs, but with the way things are at Disney right now, and it being my birthday dinner/celebration (yes, actually ON my birthday!), I'll do it for the time being! (unless, of course, I can find something for 8pm, which I'll book and cancel the other two immediately!)

Just looked at Junes calendar when they are closing at 11:00 and they still have HEA posted to start at 9:00. So I'm guessing it will stay at 9:00. I dont know?

Being in MK late at night is my favorite part of every trip. It makes going at high crowd times worth it. We are going the weekend before 4th of July knowing the crowds would be bad, but assumed we'd have lots of late nights in MK. We are lucky in that our final night they have EMH until 1, but the other nights it closes at 10. That doesn't even give us time to do anything after the fireworks and gives us almost no time in the park after dark. Guess we will go back to December trips so at least it gets dark earlier and we can do a party night if we really want to stay out late. But I really miss the 2-3am nights.

I miss them too. WE have been twice on July 3rd to MK and the last time (2015) we had EMH until 3 am. We loved it, especially now that our kids are older. I am glad they have at least extended so the EMH is 1 am this year, but still hoping for 2 or 3!

It's our last night so I'm really hoping for an extension too. I know everyone will be tired but you can't drag me out of magic kingdom while it's still open. I'll close it down myself if I have to.

It was not this bad a year or two ago. The hours always changed obviously. But they didn't used to have such drastically early hours posted up until the last minute.

You and me both! I will be staying for the Kiss Goodnight (or 2) as well!!! Something tells me you will be too.
