I was not aware, thank you. Do you know how picky they are about the photo? Does it have to be like a passport photo?

It's basically the same rules as a passport photo, but you can take it yourself. Blank wall, no hats or glasses, no other people, animals, or objects, shoulders up, facing the camera.
