Still on hold ...????

OK - I called right at 7:00 Eastern (6:00 here) and I am still on hold 36 minutes later. I'm hearing a lot of fun disney music - but is this normal?

Anyone else still on hold?

I been on hold for 30 minutes. I started calling at 7:04 and had to hang up about six times because I kept getting those annoying beeps and then "all circuits are busy ........ - I could not even get to the menu system at all! Then on my 7th call I got through, but never made it to the hold music, as it just disconnected. Then I tried again and got through to the cue, and I now I am listening to Jessie's song from Toy Story 2!

I have until 9:00 until I have to leave! Please pick up soon!

I finally got through - 1 hour 20 minutes!

I got POFQ for $109 from Apr 20-26. Yea!

The CM told me there were 172 people in que behind me ...

If anyone has a second line to use.. I'd call with it. I was on hold all morning (48 minutes) and had a problem. So I called back and got through in just 2o minutes.. I dont know how they take incoming calls..

First call - I called 407 w disney, after 15 min. realized how long this call might be! Hung up.

Second call -I disconnected myself once after 17 min!!! arg!

Third call - got through - CM said her comuters were down an call back in half an hour. So, I called right back to get in the que.

Forth call - 30 min and waiting. Decided to do two phones - plugged in the dead cel phone and called the 407 number

Fifth call - ?? still waiting....

Maybe all the compters are down?
