Still no dreams...

I've been to the World twice and DLR once during the Year, and I still haven't gotten a single dream. I'm going back to WDW in October, and really hoping to finally get a dream of any kind, lol. My best friend thinks we're just accruing points towards the Dream Suite...

Anyone else still waiting for a Dream?

We went to WDW four times since the start of the first YOAMD before we got a dream and we got that only because we semi-stalked the DT. :rolleyes1 By that I mean we saw some DT members standing off a beaten path, a walkway that we normally would not have taken, and we altered our path to make sure we walked right into them. :)

Where they are going to be is all completely random so good luck!

DH and I have done 4 week long trips on property during the YOAMDs and haven't won anything. Our last trip (our wedding) I was convinced would be our lucky trip, but it didn't turn out. At least this time we saw the Dream Squad awarding a prize, someone on our flight at Soarin won something big - saw the DS waiting with white vests on as we lined up, then when we went in, so did they. They all walked by one certain row, and out the door. When we "deplaned" they were waiting outside the doors and stopped a family - must have had someone sitting in the magic seat, but at least for once we were ALMOST in the right place at the right time.

We're going back one more time for Free Dining, so I'm still hoping...

My family and I have spent over 100+ days in the parks since the promotion started (including the water parks). We've only won 3 times (ears once, dream fp twice). I know, I know, at least we won. My point is that it is so random that frequency in visits does not seem to make a difference. We've noticed a huge decrease in the amount of people you see in the parks wearing ears, lanyards, etc.... My son still gets very jealous of the people that he sees being escorted around by the dream cm, knowing that they are experiencing something fantastic. I just keep reminding him and asking him just how many people go weekly, sometimes twice a week?

That's me, too - we go all the time since we live so close, and I've never even seen a dream being awarded! It doesn't bother me, though, because I consider myself lucky just to be able to go to the parks!

I've been to WDW twice and DL about 4 times since YOAMD started, and I've never even SEEN anybody get one! :confused3 I have kept my eyes open for the dream squad, but have never seen them. Is it a group of CM's that roam the parks or what?? I'm still thinking this is a big joke, and everyone's in on it but me! :lmao: ALthough one of my coworkers got a dream fastpass at DL last year, so I at least have seen proof that they exist. :thumbsup2

They were all over the parks last week-Thurs through Tuesday. They wore khaki shorts, blue button down tops and carried black messenger bags. We did not see a singel white vest. They were not always in groups. DD got dreamed by a single Dream Team member who then radioed another member to join her. We were led through the parks with them. We talked to several members randomily throughout the parks. They would approach and just start chatting. Very nice people. When it happened to us-we were not looking for them. We were playing Dora the Explorer with a map with our 4 year old. My 8 year old was tagging along.
