Still need help! CAN'T log out. So DD can't log in! **UPDATE: This is STILL happening

Hi. I cannot log out. My DD is also a DIS Member, and now there is no way for her to log IN (since I can't log out). When I click on "log out", it then says "all cookies cleared", but then when I click on "click here to return to forums, etc..., I am STILL logged in.
I am leaving for Vacation today. I don't know if I will get a chance to be back on-line, so if there is anything you can do from your end - then I THANK YOU in advance.

Got back from Vacation yesterday. I was still logged in (even after 1 week with the computer turned OFF! So, I went in and "disabled" my "cookies" and was able to log out - But THEN - I could NOT log back in. I had to create a new user name and I PM'd and spoke with LisaTx and she did something and I was able to log out from NEW username and log back in as pw2pp. So now, my "cookies" are ENABLED and I cannot log out AGAIN. I am afraid to "disable" my cookies again because I am afraid I won't be able to get back in as pw2pp.
***** So, the basic problem is that when my cookies are enabled, I cannot log out. Does this happen to anyone else and what can I do?

It could be a glitch in the particular page where you are trying to log out.

I went to the Main Discussion Page and was able to log out and log back in under my dd's account. Do you remember what page it was?

Very unusual pw2pp!

I 've checked everything in your profile, and all appears ok there. You didn't by any chance have us change your username at anytime did you? That is the only thing that I can think of at the moment that might cause a problem.

Can we have more details about your computer? I would like to know the operating system, the browser you are using, the VERSION of the browser (go to help, then about) and any special settings.
