I last posted this same thread shortly after our most recent trip in May but here it goes again...

I CAN'T wait to go back to the world!!!

I thought after we got back and had such an incredible vacation that I would be ok but I really, really, really... want to go back. My boys are getting ready for school to begin in a couple days and I'm still stuck on our past vacation.

I know you all know what I am feeling...it is the magic of Disney that keeps up going back. We hadn't planned on visiting the world until Nov./Dec. of 2006 but I honestly don't think I can wait till then.

Anyone else?

I know exactly how you are feeling!

I was so depressed after coming home from WDW in July that about 2 weeks later I told my husband we are going back before the year is over and he has no say in it.

I am now planning our trip in October! :Pinkbounc I just couldn't wait another year or so before going again.

Could you fit in a small trip sometime. It seems airfair is really good right now. We got a great deal with United and that is the main reason we are going back.

Hope you can curve your withdrawls :wave2:

I feel that way all the time after our Disney trips!! The place is truly so magical. Even if you can't go back until 2006-- at least you have something planned-- and that's a huge step. We're going back in Feb 2005-- I haven't started my countdown clock yet because I'm afraid the number of days left will depress me.

I know how you feel! We came back from our trip on Aug. 11. We have been there 3 times in the last 2 years. We thought that after this trip we would wait a while before going again. It was so depressing though when we got home and started unpacking. I would come across a park map or a souvenier and it would make me sad. A couple days passed and my husband said he was giving me money to start planning another trip. I was so excited and very shocked! So we're going in Dec to the GF! What could be more perfect?

I totally understand. DH and I are sooo anxious to go in October - we are about ready to burst. It will be two years since we have been and it's driving us nuts - I already started planning our trip for next year! :earsboy: :earsgirl:

We aren't going back until May 2006 (hopefully), for my DD 21st Bday. If these boards didn't exist I don't know where I would get my Disney fix. It seems like it is so far away......

My last trip to WDW was last May 2003 and I'm still having withdrawls!

I listen to Disney music everyday!

I understand how you feel! I had bad withdrawals after our October trip and I asked my DH if we could plan another one for December so we could see the World all decorated for the holidays. Amazingly, he said "yes!" so I was off and planning. Well, during the plans I talked him into getting an annual pass so we are now going back next June as well. I also got to take my daughters on a last minute trip in May, so I got a quick fix! It has been an amazing year being able to go to Disney so much!

My husband did tell me that after our June trip we will be done with going to Disney, so I'm sure that I will have terrible withdrawals then! :earseek: I'll keep my fingers crossed that he changes his mind. :hyper:

I know how you feel. We couldn't wait for our cruise in '06, so we scheduled a five-day trip next February to tide us over. Our family & friends think we're crazy!

ME!!!! I was so bummed out when we had to leave the "world" at Easter time, Dh suggested Christmas 2005!! YAY! I can't wait!

I feel the same way! I kept hoping the longer I was back the less "homesick" I would feel-Not Happening!! I just can't wait to go back even though it doesn't look like it will happen until at least Sept 05.:(

Every morning at work I hop on the DIS to get my fix! My screensaver is the Castle this month (I change it every month!)

I think we just have such a good time at WDW-no cares or worries-that we want to keep the magic going all the time.:earsgirl: :earsboy:

we are just back from the world last week. All I think about what we were doing last week. already planning 2005 trip.  :D

We've been back almost 2 weeks and I still have nightly dreams about WDW! Plus I'm here everyday....not sure if it helps but I can't stay away!

I'm going through the same thing.... I NEED SOME WALT DISNEY WORLD!!!!!!!!!!!::MickeyMo ::MickeyMo

d96j97, I certainly understand your feelings. DH and I went last January fir the first time together. He really enjoyed it alot but he also wants to visit other places on future vacations. He told me that he will always agree to go to WDW with me every once in a while because he knows how happy it makes me (isn't he great). Sooooo, while I want to go to WDW every year, I don't want to wear him out on WDW.........and I guess I want to keep him happy as well by going other places for vacation too. Anyway, we struck a deal. We are going to go in January of 2007. We decided on this time because all of the new attractions (including Expedition Everest) are supposed to be done. I will say, that I feel better seeing another countdown timer with approximately the same number of days on it. We'll struggle through the wait together!!!!!!!!!

Seems like just about everyone has the same feelings as we do. When I first put up the countdown calender we still had 898 days to go. Now look, maybe it will go by faster than I think.

My DH and I would love to go back every year too but the funds just aren't there. We don't like to go and "skimp" on spending so we opt to wait an extra year so that when we go...we can pretty much do what we want.

Our plans are for a Nov/Dec. trip so that we can catch the Christmas decorations next visit. Looks like you will be there shortly thereafter.

It is nice to know I'm not the only one having withdrawal!:teeth:
