What about time factor for processing? I saw on the Disney website that it takes a few weeks to process. Did someone mention earlier that you can get a temp card at guest services? Any info on this, anyone? TIA.

That's how I got mine. Just tell them when you'll be there (they'll send you an emial you can reply to) and they'll have it ready for you at Epcot Guest Services.
