I've been a little down about losing so slowly lately. I mentioned it to a friend last night and she reminded me of something I had heard before but had forgotten. If you think you're losing slow, think about a package of butter. If you just lose just 1/4 of a pound you're losing a whole stick of butter. This week I just lost .4 lbs but that's almost 2 sticks of butter I'm not carrying around on my body any more. I don't know about you but that sure makes me feel a lot better.
So all of us slow losers need to take heart and consider all of those missing sticks of butter from our bodies.
