Hi, I'm looking for any info that anyone can give me on these homes. Has anyone every used them? If so, can you give me the good, the bad and the ugly? I've only ever used one agency down there, but sterling seems to have larger houses which would be a bonus for my crew. TIA!

Hi, never used them but know the area well and we owned a 7 bedroom in the past that we rented out by the week. I checked the site and the homes look very nice. Looks like they manage about five 5 to 8 bedroom homes. Prices are very competitive and IMHO the locations in Formosa Gardens and Rolling Hills are much more convenient to Disney than Weston Hills and Orange Tree.
These last two are located on Highway 27 a couple of miles north of 192. A full 8-10 miles farther from Disney than the others. Also, getting to Disney will bring you through a major traffic area by the WalMart and Cagan's Crossing. It would, however, be convenient to the WalMart for shopping.

Hope this helps...Ted

I would stay away. We rented from them two years ago. House was not as clean as we would have liked and a lot of things were in need of repair. Air conditioner was very underpowered. The upstairs bedrooms were like ovens. Not good in the summer. We also received a visit from some county officials during our stay. Apparently they were not paying some kind of taxes. They were cited and they also found several violations during their visit. Needless to say, after that week we decided not to rent houses anymore.
