Sterling Casino Cruise

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this question, but.... My sister is coming with us to WDW. She wants to watch the boys while we go out one night. (not going to complain about that) We were thinking about Sterling Casino Cruise. Has anyone ever done this? Any info about Sterling would be great.
