There's been talk that Disney monitors these boards for inappropriate posts by CMs, who can then be disciplined or even terminated because of them. Don't be surprised if CMs are hesitant to post even the most innocuous comments, lest someone take them the wrong way.

I'm sure Steph is loving her job.

Yep, it does happen. There was an incident, probably about a year ago, where a Dis'er who also was a CM was placed on leave based on something that was posted here. I'm not sure how it worked out, but I think it all resolved in her being re-instated with WDW. I'm also not sure if it was Disney monitoring the boards, or some Dis'ers who reported her posts to them and then they were read. So, basically if you're a CM, you need to keep a tight lip about what goes on while you're working, at least on a public message board.
