Hi all, My DS4 needs a stepstool at the sink to brush teeth and for the toilet. How do you all solve this problem in the rooms? Can you request a stepstool or is there something else you can use for this purpose? Thanks.

We brought ours from home. It's one of those plastic/rubber ones that isn't very heavy and was easy to pack around in our luggage. It was too much of a necessity with our 4 y.o. to chance finding something else to work.

I never thought of using a stepstool......lol. We've taken our now 7 and 4 yo's three times, and they've never had a problem. We do pick the little one up to spit when he's brushing his teeth.

Thanks for asking this question! I have a short 3.5 year old and he needs a stepstool to stand and pee in the toilet. :lmao: In a year from now, when we go to WDW, I can STILL see him needing it, especially since the hotel toilets are higher than the one here at home.

I guess I should start looking for a foldable one, although ours is pretty small/lightweight. We have the Baby Bjorn one. It was like $10 at Babies R Us. It's super light with rubber "feet" so it doesn't slide.

In the many times that we have travelled with our older boys, now 9 and 6, we have never thought of bringing our own stepstool! We have used phonebooks and I think have used a chair and other hotels have had under sink cabinets that we were able to open and had our son put his feet on the opened cabinet to give him a boost up. Or we've just picked him up to help him reach the sink when he needed it.
