Steamer Trunks

On one cruise we were in a cat 9 room (I think it was 2514) and there wasn't a "steamer trunk" (dresser type thing) in the room. There wasn't any space for one either. The steward looked at me like I was crazy when I asked about it (like such a thing didn't exist anywhere on the ship).

My question is: are there any other rooms like this that anyone knows of ( to avoid) because there is less storage (and maybe a slightly smaller room). The other 2 staterooms have had them & I have 5020 booked (in 2004) for a 7 day & will need the storage space.

Thanks.

2080 had none. I know what you are saying. It seems that the rooms in that area did not have the upper bunk either, which dissapointed my son greatly. I took a peek up and down the hall, and a whole clump in the middle had no trunks on the 2nd floor.

We had one in 2108 but my parents did not have one nor did my sister. My cabin slept 4 and theirs each 3 so maybe that is the factor but it came in handy for us.
