HOME CLEANING STEAM MACHINE

I JUST FINISHED WATCHING HSN AND THEY WERE SELLING A STEAM MACHINE WHICH STATES TO CLEAN EVERYTHING I HAVE NEVER BOUGHT ANYTHING FROM TV SO I AM SCARED TO BELIEVE WHAT I SEE

DOES ANYONE HAVE THIS TYPE OF STEAM MACHINE AND ANY FEED BACK ON IT

ALSO WHERE DID YOU HAPPEN TO GET IT

I bought a Scunci steam cleaner online that was advertised on TV. People on here told me I could live without it. They were right. That being said, it's heating up right now -- going to see if it will do anything for the cat pee stains in the tile grout. Someehow I doubt it will.
