Steakhouse 71 stack burger at suppertime?

The stack burger isn’t on the supper menu at Steakhouse 71, but it is served at the lounge at suppertime. Does anyone know if you can order it at the restaurant itself at supper? (Would prefer the restaurant to the lounge as it has a bigger menu.)

It's also available at the bar all day and night and you don't need a reservation.
