Steakhouse 71 Mobile Order?

Is this up and running? App is saying no mobile order times but I am wondering if it ever got up and running? This would be a great option for my family to get takeout and eat outside but seems like maybe it's not a thing yet?

We did this earlier this month during a trip. Placed an order for pickup at “Steakhouse 71 To Go” early in the morning, picked up during our order window, then took back to our room for a dinner in.

You will want to place the order early on the day of to get a reasonable time. Also keep in mind that like mobile order they won’t cook the order until you hit “I am here.” We thought Steakhouse 71 to go might be different, caused some waiting time.

It is up and running almost every day. But I will tell you that we turn it off when we don't have enough CM's that day, so it can be turned off for each meal depending on how short staffed we are.

So every other holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas) this year, we were open all day (did not close from 2-5 like a usual day) and we served the dinner menu even at lunch time.

But I will tell you, those days, mobile order was very limited and eventually was turned off as our kitchen got behind.

The CM gave the best info of course. I just looked now and there was a lunch opening for less than an hour from now (11:30AM). I know I plan to order early, but I've seen it not available too around lunchtime. So it's good to know that it might not be available.

Is mobile order only available for resort guests? We are staying at the Poly. Can the chocolate cake be ordered to go?

It comes and goes as they have staff. We did it during Sept and it was amazing.
