Steakhouse 71 lunch or dinner

So I have boys/men now for children and they are happy with steak. However I really want the burger. It seems awfully silly that they don’t serve both steack and burger at both seatings! It’s a steakhouse!!
with that in mind, would they make a burger during dinner service?

I am going on the 20-24, I have a dinner and a lunch booked. I will cancel one but I’m not sure which is better
