Steakhouse 71 - Gap Between Breakfast and Lunch

I'm hoping to go to Steakhouse 71 for lunch on a particular day, and so far, I could only get a reservation at 10:50. Breakfast hours are from 7:30 to 11:00, and lunch is from 11:30 to 2:00. I'm guessing that they might pause seating in the half hour gap in order to switch over from breakfast to lunch or something?

Would I able able to order lunch food at 10:50? Or should I try to walk up at 11:30, OR just content myself with breakfast (which also sounds good)?!

I have alerts set on several reservation finders, so hopefully this becomes a non-issue before then!

I would plan on breakfast unless you get another reservation for lunch which can happen at last minute
