The POP will not hold the boxes for longer than 3 weeks.

Maybe start a new thread like "Going to POP in Nov?", and directing them to this thread?

Or checking the threads that list when people are going, and send PMs to those going in Nov. asking if they're interested?

I will be at POP 9/20-9/29 and the last I saw, at least one of the boxes was available 9/22-9/29. I will be happy to "babysit" it during this time!!!! We have requested 50's lakeview, we shall see what we end up with. Let me know if our dates are still available. Thanks!

I loved the pix of the window and door ! Question do we decorate the window looking in or out and how much of our own stuss do we bring and what is inthe boxes to decorate with? Have lots of time to figure all this out ,but we are planners so it,s never to early.

Kidsister and i have pm'd and i will start the box and pass it on to her..she is outta town till the 12th i think!

anyone wanna jump in before or after on box six! my dates are 9/22-10/2 (gonna meet at the pool to pass the box on to kidsister on 9/29 or 9/30(anyone else wanna join us Time to be determined later) I belive her dates are through oct. 9th but am not poisitive!!!

SO if anyone wants to get in on this let us know!! if not what box can we merge with???

We decorate for outsiders looking in
You bring whatever you want that you can't live without.

As people return from their trips they are posting what is in the box, so just keep a look out for people returning from your box and you will see what all is in there

ALL meets will take place by the Hippy Dippy Pool which is the main
pool!


FOR the 10/1 meet, DH and i will not be able to attend this one,
so please carry on without us!!! and i hope someone else can step
up to the plate as there is a lot of interest for this date!!
we may stop by late, but our schedule has arised a conflict

For the Meets, i will have ALIEN GREEN mickey heads, a hole punch
and some yarn if you wish to make a little mickey head necklace
with your DIS name on it so we can all get to know who is who
a bit quicker!!!

RAIN INFO--> in case we are rained out, there is a bar in CLASSIC HALL
that we can all still meet at!!!

Yep...got the message that I'll be passing on to Patsfan7 (who follows me everywhere!!! ...just kidding).

Just wanted to add the reminder info. for the 2 Pop parties/meets taking place a bit earlier than DMM's for all interested!!!

Sat, Sept. 16th
and
Wed. Sept. 2oth

Both will be held at the Hippy Dippy pool/Petals bar starting at 10pm. There are both adults and children of all ages attending. Just wear a 'glow' necklace, etc. so we know you're a fellow DISer!!!

We have approx. 90ppl for the 16th and approx. 60ppl. for the 20th!!! Growing all the time!!!

OKAY IHAVE A GREAT IDEA!!!!!! DH and i just came up with it and it works!!!


The LEGO STORES carry this tiny kits that make a pumkin, if you buy 2 of them it makes a 3-D pumkin!! we bought them last Yr at WDW, but ALL LEGO stores carry them!

TARGET DOLLAR SPOT RIGHT NOW is at 75% off and they have these small push button lantern lights of sorts. They are battery operated. (at 75% off these lamps are .25)(THe lamp is called a screen lamp) Once you take it out of the box and take the lampshade off you have just the base with a teenie bulb.

WELLLL once you put the punkin together, there is this little hole on the bottom and it FITS right over this tiny bulb!!!! IT LOOKS AWESOME!!!

Stop by my room to see it if you don't do it yourselves!!

DH and i were at the Science and Surplus store and found some POLICE CAUTION TAPE, and some other misc. goodies that would look cute in the window!! jut an idea!!

Hi Everyone!

I just got back from DIS-Window-Decor Shopping at Dollar Tree, Target, and Wal-Mart! Have you ever noticed all the LIME GREEN out there????? WOW, a whole new world! We bought Lime Green curling ribbon (500yrds), lime green paper lantern, lime green cork board, metal and lime green magnet strips for messages, lime green glow from head to toe, lime green poster board, lime green strobe lights and Pooh, Mickey, and Cindy medium sized wall stickers. I will be leaving anything that can be re-used in Box 1.

Is there a list anywhere of what is in each box, and what is needed added to each box? I am signed up for box 1, but don't know if I should bring more lights, extension cord, tape etc.

Oh, and Target is at .25 at the dollar spot! LOTS of LIME GREEN there! Also, has anyone gone to the luggage dept at Target? They have lime green luggage tags and luggage straps!!!!!! Getting so excited!
