Hello,
We will be staying at RPR in late April. The plan is to take advantage of the early admission into IOA for Harry Potter attractions. I'm just wondering if the express pass will allow us to pretty much tour the park after that just as we come across the various attractions, or is it still wise to have a touring plan? (We will be there two days and will also visit US.)
Thanks in advance to anyone able to share their experiences!!

Nope. No touring plan is necessary. Just do early admission to do Wizarding World and wing it from there.

No "Plan" needed per se. If you are going to rush to HP world however, this means you will be speeding through Suess Landing and the Lost Continent. Which are 2 awesome areas. I personally think the Lost Continent area is the greatest themed area in all of theme parks everywhere. I would recommend coming out and doing LC and Suess, then going back through them again (You will probably want to anyway), and head through Jurassic Park and finish the circle that way. (The park makes one big circle so you can't get lost)

Agree with damo

Do HP first and then wing it cause with the unlimited express you will be able to get in all you want to ride even at studios side except for HRRR but find the wait is worth it
