Staying onsite and have a question about reserving FP+ at 60 days out

We are staying onsite at OKW and bought points through a DVC member. When I log in it shows the reservation plus our dining reservations and shows we bought our 1 day ticket with water park and more option. We don't check in until midish September but what is odd (maybe) is that today is may 4th and it is showing I can make FP+ reservations up until June 4th. Why wouldn't it be showing 60 days out if I'm on onsite guest?

Those are two questions.

--Anyone can make FP+ reservations at 30 days (thru June 4) whether staying on- or off-site.
--Your 60-day window will appear on your 60-day mark, not before.
