Staying on site - using vacation planning??

It looks like we will now be staying onsite and I have read on here about people staying on site and using the vacation planning service to help book tours, meals etc. How do you go about using this service? Does anyone have the phone number to ring please (I'm sure I found it on the Disney site yesterday but can't find it now!!) Also how far in advance of your stay do you phone them to make your requests?

They have usually been very quick to respond. I began emailing them just at the 60 day mark & the booked everything I wanted at my requested time or within minutes of it.
