Will DVC members be able to stay on points in 2010 at the DLH?

Yes, that should stay the same. What apparently won't be allowed is booking GCV non-villa rooms on points. DLH and PP will still be available.

We too plan to use pts at DLH in 2010. Did you know they will be having renovations going on then? Just passing that along.
