Does anyone know if non-resort guests are allowed to stay for the second Fantasmic show during Extra Magic Hours at Hollywood Studios? Is it typically easier to get into the first or second show on EMH nights? Is this something I even have to worry about since, according to touringplans.com, Hollywood Studios will have a crowd level of 3 on the day in question?
