Staying off-site for Spring Break - What FP+'s do we have NO chance for?

Wondering, since we can apparently only book 30 days in advance, and its the busiest time of year, what we'll have zero chances to get when it come to FP+. We'll be new to this system, so I'm just trying to get a hold of things. Thanks in advance!

I don't want to say NO chance, because there are always people who change plans, but if I were to say LITTLE chance of it would be A&E Meet, 7DMT, TSMM, and possibly the parade and Wishes. These are the ones that seem to go the quickest, even during the "slow" times.

might depend on how big your party is, but if it's "the busiest time of the year" then you have options narrowed anyway for the most popular attractions. If you do not have a large party and are not picky about times I think you have a fighting chance at anything but Anna/Elsa and maybe Wishes and Festival of Fantasy. so not zero chance, but you may have to be very flexible to get things like 7DMT or TSMM.

Only things that will be difficult will be A&E meet and greet, mine traine, Festival of Fantasy parade FP, and MSEP FP

Everything else if you're booking at 30 days out should be pretty easy with options for what time you want during the day.

For 7DMT and TSMM, if nothing is available for your entire party, split your group and try for overlapping FP times so you can all ride together. This worked for DD and I when we went in April and were off site. We ended up w/ overlapping FP times before 12 for 7DMT. Be online right at the 30 day mark at midnight and know what you want before you start. A perk of being offsite is that MDE has no idea when you actually plan to visit so once you have your tickets linked you can "practice" reserving FPs in the system for 30 days out from that day so you can familiarize yourself with the system and be ready for your real window. Just cancel anything you reserve while practicing.

A&E is probably impossible unless you get lucky with a cancellation.
This month has been filled with complaints about people not getting any A&E availability despite trying at midnight AT the 60 day mark (myself included) for trips during the Late August/September value season. (Supposedly a slower time of year)

So throw in going at spring break? Doubtful.

7DMT? Who knows .. the newness of that may be fading. You may be able to get evening ones (at near 30 days that is all that is left for my trip coming up)

If it is done .. I would throw the new Frozen ride in as an impossible to get FP at the 30 day mark during Spring break.

Sounds good! We'll plan 7DMT and TSMM for rope droppers then!

If you're interested in another strategy, these lines can get very short at night.

On a recent visit, we found a 10 minute wait for A&E just before 11:30 pm. The posted wait was 90 minutes. Just remember that the line closes a half hour before park close.

The we went to 7D and rode twice in the last 20 minutes before closing time. The posted wait was 65.

We felt that A&E plus 7D x2 in a half hour was a pretty efficient use of time and probably better than could be done in the morning.
