Staying in Universal Hotel - collecting Express Passes?

Hi,

Will be staying in a villa next August but also planning 2 days in US/IoA, staying in the HRH.

As we would like to spend the 1st day in US and want to be there at opening, can we arrive at the hotel really early to check in and collect our Express Passes to use the same day.

If you are staying at the HRH, you don't need express passes, your room key/cards are your express passes and get you unlimited front of the line access while your there. That is the perk of staying onsite, plus its just cool to stay on the property, its great, you'l love it.

You can check in as early as 6-6:30am and pick up your hotel keys even if the room is not ready. They will store your luggage for you and call your cellphone when the room is ready. They will tell you your room # over the phone so there is no need to go to the lobby. Then call star service to have your luggage brought up. Just get your keys and go to the parks for a fun relaxing day!
