We went with First Choice last May/June staying in one of their villas on the 27 in Kissimmee. Sanford was about an hours drive. Villa was fine. In fact we booked a three bed but got a four bed!! Plenty of towels there. There's a couple of Publix supermarkets on the 192 which we normally stock up from on the first day rather than take it all with us.

The weather should be very warm / hot but expect to see some storms (normally short and sharp).

I would definately recommend planning your days in advance and purchasing tickets before you go.

Have a great time!!!

I would definitely make some sort of plan, even if you only decide on which park on which day. Weather should be hot and if you are taking children you need to make allowances for them to. Don't expect to see everything and just pace yourselves, it takes several visits and they are always adding to or changing things. Since you have a villa if you are not too far away from the parks you could come out mid afternoon for a swim and siesta before doing the night-time shows, parades and fireworks. Have a great time.

Can only answer these questions:

2. You should get towels for use around the villa yes, beach towels may depend on the owner, some villas have them and some don't.
Would suggest if you are planning to take them out of the home, you either take your own or buy when you get there, depends on how much room in your suitcases perhaps.

It may be a good idea taking washing powder tablets, they do not take up much room in your cases and saves you buying unfamiliar products out there.
We also take our own black refuse bags and swing bin liners, refuse usually collected twice a week.

Naturally you will be shopping for groceries etc, we too stay in Kissimmee and there are a few Publix stores within eacy reach.
Bear in mind you may need to buy things like Kitchen Towels and Washing Up Liquid, just depends on what is left behind I guess...it sounds daft but we try and cut a few corners by taking things like little sachets of salt (from KFC), the last villa we stayed in had literally nothing in terms of food supplies, not even a single tea-bag!
On the subject of which although I am not a tea drinker, my wife is and the general feeling is the tea is not that great out there - unless you want to pay triple the UK price for PG Tips or Tetley (there is an ethnic aisle at Publix that has a limited rangs of British foods), still never puts me off buying Heinz Beans :)

3. Sanford would be about an hour I would think, although we always fly into MCO.

4. The weather in June will be very hot, in the 90s I would imagine.

5. With (4) in mind, I would plan a little perhaps the first few days but you are guaranteed to change it, especially bearing in mind it will be very hot.
I would suggest some rest days for relaxing or maybe shopping etc, I would definitely suggest you take it one day at a time, if you try and rush too much it will not be as enjoyable.

6. It depends on what type of tickets you are buying, we find the Magic Your Way Disney tickets very flexible, personally I would buy out there - especially as in Kissimmee there is an excellent discount ticket store, www.mapleleaftickets.com

Please PM if you need any advice on the location of supermarkets/restaurants etc, like I say I am familiar with the Kissimmee area and know where most of the villa developments are located.

we flew first choice last july. Nice new planes, new seat pitches and tellies. Couldn't fault the flight.

I would try to contact the agency you are booking with and ask the homes amenities. Thee is usually a list of whats in each home. After that what ever you get is gravy.

27 has publix and walmart stores so any thing you need you should be able to find in either of these two stores.
