Staying concierge - need help...

We have never stayed concierge level before but are making a quick trip this weekend. Can someone please educate me on who to tip (we always tip the Bellman and whoever handles our car in valet service as well as housekeeping ). Should we tip those in the lounge or the folks who check us in? Anyone else?

You do'nt need to tip the check-in person or the concierge staff. BTW--when you arrive tell bell services you are a concierge guest, you'll be able to bypass the front desk and check in directly with the concierge staff in their lounge/reception area.
