We are staying at the Poly CL in December, this is our first time staying CL and I am unsure if I need to register our flights with DME if CL IPO already has this information. Does anyone know how far out the luggage tags and vouchers are mailed out?

I would register with DME. You could check with the IPO. (It's fine to email or call the IPO after booking a CL stay.)
Contact info for the IPO's is available here in post #1:

Thank you. I just spoke with the Poly IPO and they checked our reservations and DME was attached as were all of our 3 families' flight information.
If you have filled out your IPO form with this information they take care of it. You just go to the DME area at ORL, scan your MB or if you do not have your MBs show a picture ID at the desk and you will be directed to the appropriate bus to begin your vacation.

Thank you for your help.

Glad you have it worked out.

Psst! (OT; nitpicking) There is another airport that has the code ORL; it is Orlando (FL) Executive Airport, is closer to downtown Orlando, and is not served by Magical Express.

The present Orlando International Airport (MCO; sometimes also referred to informally as OIA) was previously known as McCoy Air Force Base. It started handling passengers in the 1960s when jet airplanes were starting to be used a lot; the jets needed more runway length then was available at "Executive" airport.

I meant MCO...and everyone really does not need to have PP share the history of the Orlando area airports, all you really needed to do was correct the error I made.

Sorry, but your post just hit me wrong.

No need to take issue. Seashore has a very unique posting style....been this way for as long as I can remember!!! He always gives more info than asked for....just his way. There isn't any intent to annoy or upset anyone.

Thank you, that is good to know.

It's interesting information to have though, too. I think a simple, "Not ORL; MCO" would have been far too abrupt.
