Hi everyone,
Here is the situation. We have 6 kids--ages 11-5 and Grandma is coming with us. We will have 3 MK days. But one of the MK days is really packed: We start the morning with an 835am Ohana breakfast, go to MK, try to stay the day, then have a 1900 Park Fare Dinner at 5pm. Would you Valet Park at the Poly since that is where we will start the day with Ohana breakfast? We will have 2 cars due to how many ppl we have. Will it be worth it to valet? If a couple kids need a nap can we take them back to the house in WH and then come back using the Valet we paid for (I think it is for all day). Thanks!

I think I'd have the 2 drivers drop off everyone at Poly's door (they'll let you do that for free, after the gate guard checks your Ohana breakfast ADR on his list) then park at TTC. The 2 drivers can easily walk to Ohana's from TTC - it's close.

You will pay to park at either (a few dollars more to valet v. TTC), but the reason I'd park at TTC is because getting the car back from Poly valet could be fast, or not - i.e., it might be more efficient (especially if you park early and get a good spot) to just take the monorail from MK to TTC and walk to the car and leave immediately.

But, then again, you can wait in air conditioning for the car at Poly valet.

Eeeehh - either works. I would probably valet both cars at Poly if neither driver is familiar with the walking path between TTC and Poly, and/or if its raining.

FWIW, if grandma (or anyone) has a handicap placard for a car, that car will get free valet parking at Poly.

Thank you for your reply. No handicap cards and I don't know where the walking path is located. I may search that info, unless you know? Thanks for your help!

Walking path is to the left of the ticket windows at the TTC. Do not go through the gates to the boat or monorail. There is also a path out of the parking lots directly to the Poly as their staff parks in the MK lot. You might ask the tram driver to point out the path but you will probably be just as good taking the tram to TTC and then walking to the Poly. The drivers will also see the path when they drop off everyone else at the Poly for breakfast. The gate guard at Poly can point it out.

We always valet at the Poly or the CR if we have a meal there. It is much easier than the TTC and only a few dollars more.
