Staying at the SOG, can I pay for Magical Express?

and take us to the Polynesian hotel? We walk there all the time and it's no bother if we can just get drop off at the Poly and walk over to SOG.

I really want the experience of all Disney from beginning to end.

Can I just pay for ME as I know it's free for WDW resorts from MCO.
