Staying at Pop for the first time!

Last minute decision to do WDW in feb. for my daughter's 6th birthday. We've stayed at All Star Movies and wanted to try something different. I've read a lot of good stuff about Pop. Hope it's as great as I imagine. Just super excited to be going in a month!

I pop into the POP on the 9th. Its my first stay at the POP or any other value resort. In years past, we have opted to spend less time at WDW and stay at the higher end properties. This trip, for the same money, I'm staying longer and at a value resort. Should be fun!

We have stayed at Pop twice and have always had great experiences. The pools are nice, the food court is great and for the most part the buses were always speedy.

We are hoping to stay here again this coming September. I hope you have a great time!

Will be at pop after our disney cruise jan 24th can't wait!!!!!! We have always had fun there. Pools are nice food court was good!!

I was very hesitant at staying at a value and trying POP. After staying there, we loved it so much that we wish we would have stayed there more (before now officially becoming a family of 5 and can't stay in one room there anymore) We stayed in the 80's rubik's cube building, which had it's own quiet pool and was close to the bus stop and main building.

DD 9 and I stayed there last May in the 80's area and had a great time! DD had so much fun at the pool parties that we had to plan our park time around them!
We are going back this May and staying in the POR royal rooms for the first time, but we had a hard time choosing between POR and POP. Hope you have a great trip!

You'll love Pop!! I'm doing my third stay there later this month and can't wait!!

Our first trip was POP and we loved it.

I'm hoping we are able to visit on our next trip, have some cheesecake or brownie sundae and take a walk around. I'm a little sad we can't stay there this time (we are 5 - at POR). I'm a little nostalgic since it was our first trip and everything was so wonderfu!

Enjoy! Whats nice now is you can even walk across to AoA and eat there or walk around and check it out.

It has me excited, too. We check in on Feb 11th for 5 nights after 2 nights at AoA Car's suites. Chose Pop specifically to go over the bridge to AoA to enjoy the "cars" still, yet not pay to stay there the entire time.

I was about to attempt to read the other POP thread but the abundance of pages "scared" me. Happy what I read here. Thanks everyone.
