As pugdog said, the parking attendant will see the POP parking pass on your dash and just wave you through.
That said, even when we have a car, we always take the bus to the MK. The bus drops you off right at the entrance.
If you drive, after you park, you will have to walk to the tram, board the tram (folding up stollers if you have them), ride the tram to the TTC and then either take the monorial or the ferry to the MK entrance. It is almost always quicker and easier to take the bus to the MK. That's especially true if you are planning to go to EMH.
Thanks for the information!! I was wondering about the whole stroller thing. We have always taken the busses or the water transportation to the parks. With your helpful info I think we will opt for the busses.

We do drive to the parks (always to the AK) - just not the MK. To us, it seems that the resort buses do not run as frequently in the middle of the day as they do in the mornings and near park closing.
If you plan to return to your resort in the middle of the day, sometimes having your own car in the lot is a nice perk!
